PACKAGES RECEIVED WITHOUT A VERIFIABLE RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED. We must receive items being returned within 45 days of the date on the original invoice.

ANY ORDERS WHICH HAVE TO COME DIRECTLY FROM THE FACTORY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A NON-RETURNABLE SPECIAL ORDER SO PLEASE CHECK OVER YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY TO MAKE SURE IT IS ACCURATE. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED/REPLACED DUE TO VARIATIONS IN COLOR, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED REGULAR SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEMS. Ross Leather will either repair or replace at its option any item which is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions for one year after purchase. Only the original retail purchaser at the consumer level should rely on this guarantee.
